Welcome to Flow 'N Fire.

Some fires are lit to burn things down.

This one was lit to bring us home.

I started Flow 'N Fire in 2024 out of necessity.

I needed a space for women, particularly Brown-skinned women,

to gather, heal, mend, and celebrate ourselves.

A sanctuary free from the weight of colonization

and the white gaze.

So I built one,

I am a yoga teacher,

a fourth-generation herbalist,

and medicine oman,

I am also an artist,

a poet,

a singer,

the circles carry all of it.

Tea blends.

 Movement.

Dance.

Words.

 Stillness.

Each circle is different.

Each one offers a gentle invitation to return

to your body and regulate your nervous system.

Through a mix of yoga, Rastafarian healing medicine,

the magic I inherited from my mother, my grandmother, my great-grandmother

and all the women who came before me

I guide you home to your light.

Flow 'N Fire — A Healing Circle for Black & Brown Women

This is where I challenge you to set down the

binary lens we've all been conditioned to see the world through.

There is more of you than that.

There always was.

Whether you're here for community or one-on-one support, this is home.

I will send you a short screening form

so we can both feel out whether this is the right space for you.

I want to make sure every woman who enters is held well.

You're welcome here. Come as you are.
